A four-story 100,000 SF office building was designed on a fast-tract. Architectural features included ribbon windows and a curved atrium with a cantilevered canopy. Braces were incorporated into the core area and stairwells to provide an efficient structural system. The relieving angles were galvanized and shop attached to a steel tube to minimize field labor, adding to the efficient structural design.
