Center School
Longmeadow, MA

Two existing school buildings constructed in the 1930’s were renovated. The street separating the schools was eliminated and a partially buried library wing acted as a connector. Work included new transfer systems in the three story school to enlarge the classrooms. Both structures were seismically upgraded per the 5th edition of the Massachusetts State Building Code.
