One hundred forty wood framed housing units were constructed. The building types varied from 4200 sf detached houses to townhouses and flat units in multifamily unit buildings. The use of prefabricated roof and floor trusses, as well as wall panels reduced construction time. Gypsum board walls were used as lateral load resisting shear walls as allowed by MSBC. The application of past experience and state of the art design created a stiff floor system framed in wood for this high-end housing.
