A four-story wood framed structure was designed to house 155 units for a 55 and older community. The structure has a center core with four symmetrical wings connected by a corridor system. The owner required that the engineer and the truss and wall fabricator work closely together providing assurance that the panelized system will allow for an accelerated construction schedule.
