A four-story 160,000 SF structure featuring a combination of ribbon windows and punched openings was designed to accommodate the tenants’ tight occupancy schedule. Working with the architect, the steel was designed, bid and fabricated from Schematic Architectural Drawings. The use of a tube steel relieving angle support system decreased the fabrication and erection time.
