The Jefferson Projects

These projects include the design of over 400 units of housing in three and four-story wood framed structures. The floors and roofs are framed with prefabricated wood trusses. The lateral load resistance systems are primarily designed with gypsum wallboard as the shear wall elements. Foundations are conventional spread footings and conventional slab-on-grade construction.
