A four-story butterfly shaped office building was designed utilizing a composite floor system. The floor structure was designed to accommodate low floor-to-floor heights and an open office environment. Floor framing was designed to minimize floor vibrations due to human occupancy. The exterior of the building featured a mix of ribbon windows and punched openings.
