James City County, VA

This project is a lifestyle shopping center consisting of eleven retail shops totaling 150,000 square feet situated with a mixed-use development. The project was broken into two phases with a fast track approach for the first four buildings. The buildings have been arranged along a main street with parking on all four sides of the buildings. This approach required that all four sides have storefront elements. Each building had its own look that involved different architectural roof and decorative treatments.
