Two six-story and one seven-story apartment structures were designed as part of a 240 unit complex Since floor to floor height was not an issue, a steel bar joist framed system was selected. The grid spacing was driven by parking at the lower level. A pre-cast balcony system was designed to provide durable surfaces and simplify construction
