The Residences at Chestnut Hill

Two three-story residential structures utilized a new floor framing system. Use of the Girder Slab System allowed eight foot four inch ceiling heights with a floor-to-floor height of nine feet three inches. Sixty percent of the columns were transferred to allow parking beneath the structure. The use of the system enabled the owners to conform to extremely restrictive zoning limitations and provide eight foot four inch ceiling heights
