An addition to and renovation of an existing pre-engineered building was designed to provide for a full service health club. The roof of the new pool wing was framed with wood plank spanning sixteen feet supported by arched glu-lam beams. The entire roof system was supported by cantilevered exposed cast-in-place concrete columns. The lobby featured a curved roof with exposed wood framing.
