The seven-story structure featured a butterfly shaped footprint. The lateral load system combined moment and braced frames. The column grid in the apartments was laid out to accommodate parking under the building. The balconies were precast supported by the steel frame. The sloping roof was supported by prefabricated metal stud trusses bearing on steel beams.
