Viega – East Coast Headquarters and Training Center

The headquarters building is a two-story, 20,000 sf structure. The building incorporated radiant floor heating in both floors. The building utilizes moment frames for lateral load resistance to accommodate the building’s open floor plan. The training Center building is a one-story, 12,300 sf structure designed to showcase the company’s heating products. The building’s open floor plan required the use of moment frames for lateral load resistance.
