A four-story steel framed office building was built over a basement level parking garage. The structure was braced in both directions to resist seismic and wind loads. Sloping mansard roofs were supported by light gauge framing on cantilevered steel beams. Large dormers required the use of steel tube beams to support valleys and ridges. A composite floor system was utilized to minimize floor depth construction
